We are delighted that you have found your perfect dress at your perfect price!
To ensure the stress free sale or hire of your dress please take time to carefully read our sale, hire and fitting day service terms and conditions.

Purchase Deposit
We aim to make your choice of gown as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Once you have made your choice to purchase a gown, you will be required to make a deposit of 20% of the cost of your gown, with the balance due within 8 weeks of your purchase date.  We offer eftpos, bank internet transfer or PayPal for all payments due.

Hire Deposit
Once you have made your choice of a hire gown, 50% of the total hire price is charged when booking your wedding dress and accessories.
A returnable security deposit will be taken when you collect your wedding dress and accessories or upon arrangement of delivery.
If the gown is returned in a good condition, then the bond will be fully refunded after the inspection process and is dispersed via internet banking or PayPal - whichever was chosen by the customer, within 48 hours.


Refund, Bonus and Returns
In the unfortunate event your chosen hire or stock purchase gown is damaged beyond repair due to a natural disaster etc, while in our care, prior to the date of delivery; you will notified by BelleRubies and offered a full refund or a 20% refund bonus on an alternative gown in our range. If your gown is a custom made gown, we will replace it.
If you decide at a later date you no longer wish to hire or purchase your gown, we will keep the 20% deposit charge or 20% of the hire fee, as reimbursement to our suppliers and booking costs.
Your remaining refund will be returned within 48 hours of your request to cancel.


Forms and Payment Options
In purchasing one of our gowns in stock or a custom made gown, you will receive an invoice for payments received or when payment is to be finalized by, if using our payment plan.
In hiring one of our dresses you will be required to sign TWO Hire Forms; our Gown Rental Agreement and our Hire Terms and Conditions. These include the deposit amounts and pick up/delivery dates etc.
We choose mobile eftpos, bank EFT (internet transfer) or PayPal (credit card, bank transfer) to secure and finalize invoices.


*All BelleRubies Hire dresses are either new in stock or dry cleaned before every hiring.
